Dear Fundraising Chairperson,

We, at Shady Lane Greenhouses, know how much time and effort you put into your fundraising program. You can count on us to provide you with outstanding poinsettia plants…the kind of quality we are known for, to insure your success.

We are offering our hand-made wreaths again, since the response over the last few years has been excellent. Custom wreath orders are welcome. Please call for pricing.

Enclosed are the order forms, price lists and color photos. Here are some tips to help us serve you better:

• Reserve your delivery or pick-up date as soon as possible. Please call Kathy S. or Karl at 262-251-1660.
• Fill out the order form; include the delivery or pick-up date and time. Please provide delivery instructions. Please have your order in at least 2 weeks before your delivery or pick-up-date.

All orders must be on the enclosed order form. Keep the pink Customer Copy for your records and return the white and yellow copies to us. Please do not fax or phone in your order. If you need to fax to make the deadline, it is very important that the hard copy be brought or mailed in as soon as possible.

Delivery charge is $________________ per truck delivery. There is no charge if you pick up your order with your own vehicle..

FUNDRAISER COUPONS
Christmas 2011 Guidelines

Shady Lane Fundraiser Coupons provide an easy way for you to raise funds for your organization. These guidelines will help you make the most of your fundraising efforts. Call us with questions. We’re happy to offer any assistance!

HOW IT WORKS

• Contact Shady Lane: Call us at (262) 251-1660 to let us know that you intend to sell coupons.
• Sell Coupons: Your organization prints and sells coupons in $10.00 denominations to your customers. You will be billed $7.50 for each sold. Your organization earns $2.50 for each coupon.
• Redeem Coupons: Your customers can come to Shady Lane Greenhouses at their convenience and personally select from any Holiday plants ,Christmas trees, Wreaths or other Holiday décor and gifts.

DESIGNING & PRINTING COUPONS

• IMPORTANT - Please fax us a copy of your coupon prior to printing. We will proof and verify that the necessary information is included.
• Size: Please design, print and cut coupons uniformly on 8½“ x 11” or 8½“ x 14” size paper. (A sample is attached.)
• Required Information: Be sure each coupon includes the following information:
  1) YOUR GROUP NAME – Fundraiser Coupon
  2) Redeem at: Shady Lane Greenhouses

  3) Value: $10.00 (Please list in ONE place only.)
  4) Valid November 1 – December 31, 2011.
  5) Regular prices will always be charged when using fundraiser coupons. No other coupons or discounts apply.
  6) Any unused portion of this coupon will be issued as a store credit for the balance.
• Expiration Date: Please make your customers aware of the expiration date of December 31, 2011.
• Store Credit: Explain to your customers that if they do not use all the value of a coupon, they will be issued a store credit for the balance. No change will be given. (For example, if they spend $25 and use $30 in coupons, they will receive a store credit for the remaining $5 balance.)

BILLING

• Track Totals: Please keep track of the number of coupons you sell. To make it easier, we suggest that you number your coupons. We will call you to confirm that our redeemed coupon totals match yours, prior to billing you.
