Spring Fundraising Opportunities provided by Shady Lane Greenhouses

Dear Fundraising Chairperson,

We look forward to working with you this season to help you reach your fundraising goals. To insure your success, you can count on us to provide you with outstanding POINSETTIA PLANTS and beautiful HANDMADE WREATHS. (Custom orders for wreaths also are welcome; please call us for details and pricing.) In addition, we have FUNDRAISER COUPONS for you to offer your customers. Your organization can sell any or all of these items.

Following are a few tips to help us serve you better:

1. RESERVE YOUR DELIVERY OR PICK-UP DATE & TIME ASAP. Please call 262-251-1660, and ask for Kathy S. or Karl.

2. Fill out the enclosed three-part order form, including the delivery or pick-up date and time. PLEASE MAIL IN THE ORDER FORM AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY/PICK-UP DATE.

3. ALL ORDERS MUST BE MAILED IN ON THE ENCLOSED ORDER FORM. Keep the pink “customer copy” for your records and return the white and yellow copies to us. If you need to fax in your order to meet the two-week deadline, please call to verify that we received the fax, and then mail in the order form, as soon as possible.

4. The delivery charge is $_________ per delivery truck. There is no charge if you pick up your order with your own vehicles.
